Job summary

Sevita, REM Community Services, seeks a Training Manager to design, develop, implement, and deliver statewide corporate training programs for program operations. You will oversee staff and ensure training quality across modalities, including e-learning and video production.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 6+ years in curriculum development and training, and strong communication and tech skills, with preference for professional training certification and Adobe Captivate expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of curriculum development and training facilitation experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience allowed.
• Professional Training Certification preferred or required by state regulations.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Experience with e-learning tools (Adobe Captivate) and video production/editing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain course curriculum.
• Identify skill gaps and training objectives.
• Collaborate with internal training experts and HR on delivery.
• Design and update training aids and materials.
• Revise materials to meet updated regulations and policies.
• Deliver instruction across multiple modalities (one-on-one, class, teleconferencing, online).
• Utilize e-learning tools and multimedia production.
• Supervise training staff, handle evaluations, scheduling and training.
• Guide workflow and provide support to programs.
• Stay current with industry trends and recommend new trainings.
• Recommend procedures for agency training.
