AdventHealth seeks a Vice President, Service Line Executive to provide statewide physician leadership for a designated service line within the Florida Specialty Network. You will partner with Administrative VPs and market leaders to unify operations across Florida’s divisions.

You will develop statewide strategies, clinical playbooks, and playbooks that reflect specialty expertise, foster integration, quality outcomes, and growth, while expanding access and maintaining financial stability.

Qualifications

• Expertise in physician leadership and program growth.
• Proven ability to balance clinical authority with administrative strategy.
• Strong planning, change leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of ambulatory and hospital‑based operations and access optimization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as statewide convener and advocate for physicians across divisions.
• Provide consultation on specialty‑specific clinical strategies to strategy teams.
• Lead dyad leadership and governance of statewide service lines and playbooks.
• Drive adoption of evidence‑based clinical standards and innovative care models.
• Collaborate with strategy leaders to recruit, engage, and develop physicians and APPs.
