AdventHealth is seeking a Vice President, Service Line Executive to provide statewide physician leadership across Florida’s Specialty Network. You will co-develop strategic priorities with Administrative VP and unify operations across three divisions.

You will design statewide clinical playbooks, drive quality outcomes, and support physician leadership development. This role requires MD/DO with leadership experience, and advanced business training is preferred. Florida-based, full-time.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required and board-certified in the relevant specialty.
• Leadership experience in a large health system is required.
• Strong strategic planning and cross-divisional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of ambulatory and hospital-based operations and care delivery models.

Responsabilités

• Lead statewide specialty service line strategy, playbooks, and standards across Florida divisions.
• Convene cross-divisional leaders to align governance and accountability.
• Develop evidence-based clinical standards and pathways to improve quality and access.
• Partner with market strategy, development, and academic partners to drive growth and innovation.
