AdventHealth is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide statewide leadership for the Florida Specialty Network. You will design and execute specialty-specific operational frameworks, collaborate with market leaders, and drive financial sustainability and growth across Florida.

In partnership with the VP/CMO, you will lead ambulatory models, subspecialty centers, and hospital-based services, while ensuring alignment with AdventHealth's mission and standards across markets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in large-scale physician practice or specialty service line administration.
• Proven ability to lead in a dyad/shared leadership model.
• Strong strategic planning, financial management and ops integration skills.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders across a matrixed system.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead statewide specialty-specific operational frameworks with the VP/CMO.
• Align governance and accountability across divisions.
• Support market strategy, development, and workforce planning.
• Provide consultation to AdventHealth medical groups on playbooks and operations.
