Job summary

Lenoir Community College seeks a Motorcycle Operations Coordinator to provide administrative, technical, data management, reporting, and logistical support for the statewide Motorcycle Safety Education Program.

The role maintains student and program records, analyzes data, creates dashboards, coordinates contracts, manages inventory, and assists with motorcycles, training ranges, and the motorcycle shop. Travel statewide is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and charts.
• Experience with cloud-based reporting and document management systems.
• Experience managing websites and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of inventory management, shipping, and asset tracking.
• Excellent typing, written and verbal communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Valid driver's license; NC motorcycle endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for student data, activity, and reporting.
• Create advanced Excel workbooks with pivot tables, charts, and data validation.
• Analyze program data, identify trends, and present findings to leadership.
• Reconcile data across systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate contracts, distribution, tracking, and QA processes.
• Maintain program website and social media accounts; monitor inquiries.
• Maintain inventory records for motorcycles, parts, and shop supplies.
• Ship and receive routine parts and equipment to sites statewide.
• Assist with training ranges, motorcycles, and shop operations.
• Support logistics for RiderCoach updates, meetings, and events.
