Position Summary: Instruct the three-day (Fri‑Sun) 20‑Hour Basic Rider Education Course as mandated by the NC Motorcycle Safety Education Program.

Duties

• Deliver classroom instruction preparing students for the DMV written test.
• Teach the riding skills portion of the motorcycle safety course.
• Conduct the course’s physically demanding activities, including long standing, walking, setting up cones, and operating motorcycles.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Previous Ridercoach experience in a community college setting.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Schedule & Compensation

• Variable schedule, typically Friday–Sunday.
• Approx. 20 hours per week when needed.
