Job summary

University of Nebraska-Lincoln seeks a Statewide Literacy Systems & Implementation Coordinator to lead literacy initiatives across state and local levels in Nebraska. You will align strategies with partners, support evidence-based practices, and facilitate continuous improvement through data-driven decisions.

You will serve as a liaison among the Department of Education, ESUs, university partners, and other stakeholders to ensure coherence and effective communication in statewide literacy

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education or related field or Master’s degree in education or related field with relevant experience.
Experience with school systems, state agencies, or educational service organizations.
Experience using data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Ability to coordinate projects, facilitate collaboration, and communicate with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Systems coordination and implementation support across state, regional, and local systems.
Assess data systems and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure strategic alignment and initiative integration across partners.
Provide professional learning systems support to stakeholders.
