Job summary

University of Nebraska-Lincoln seeks a Statewide Literacy Systems & Implementation Coordinator to lead the alignment of Nebraska’s literacy initiatives across state, regional, and local systems. The role acts as a liaison among NDE, ESUs, university partners, and other stakeholders to ensure coherence, communication, and continuous improvement grounded in the Science of Reading.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field plus five years of experience supporting implementation across multiple stakeholders.
• Master’s degree plus three years of experience; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Experience working with school systems, state agencies, or educational service organizations.
• Experience using data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects, facilitate collaboration, and communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
