Job summary

Division of Administration/Office of Technology Services in Baton Rouge seeks an Operations Analyst to perform advanced IT planning, contract and financial analysis, and procurement support.

Qualifications

• Five years of IT or administrative services experience.
• Experience with government procurement is a plus.
• Ability to advise and consult with management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I technical support for the OTS Invoice Portal and assist with portal issues.
• Conduct advanced financial and transactional support for LaGov ECC and SRM modules.
• Review invoices against contracts and purchase orders for accuracy.
• Serve as liaison between internal staff, agencies, DOA/OFSS, and vendors.
• Apply procurement laws and DOA policies to ensure compliance.
