Job summary

Athena Hospice of Rhode Island is seeking a dedicated Marketing Liaison to join our team. This salaried role involves traveling across Rhode Island to establish and grow referral relationships with physicians, referral sources, and community partners, with a base salary up to $85,000 and weekly pay.

You will develop monthly and daily marketing plans, manage budgets, track referrals, and coordinate meetings with prospective families and applicants, contributing to census growth and alignment with

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and marketing preferred.
• Experience in healthcare (hospice, long-term care, acute care, etc.) required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the referral accounts/the community and the agency to identify and develop new potential referral sources.
• Develop and maintain a monthly and daily marketing plan based on needs.
• Maximizes census through effective marketing, sales calls, and public relations in accordance with the Home Health and Hospice goals.
• Effectively develop and implement monthly marketing plans that are organized and strategic through geographic planning, completion of daily marketing/admission action plans, targeting account assignments, adherence to account assignments, sales call frequency, strategy for account development, and vertical account development.
• Manage marketing/sales budgets.
• Track and evaluate referrals.
• Responsible to ensure external sales calls effectively.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective families and applicants.
