Job summary

Athena Hospice of Rhode Island is seeking a dedicated Marketing and Business Development Liaison to support our agency's growth across the state. This salaried role includes an incentive program and a base salary up to $85,000 with weekly pay, reflecting the on-the-road nature of the position.

You'll act as a liaison between referral accounts and the community, develop marketing plans, manage budgets, and schedule family meetings to maximize census in line with Home Health and Hospice goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and marketing preferred.
• Experience in healthcare (hospice, long-term care, acute care, etc.) required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between referral accounts/community and the agency to grow referrals.
• Develop and execute monthly/daily marketing plans.
• Increase census via marketing, calls, and PR aligned to goals.
• Implement geographic-based marketing plans and account development.
• Manage marketing and sales budgets.
• Track and evaluate referrals.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective families and applicants.
