Job summary

Athena Hospice of Rhode Island is seeking a Marketing Liaison to join our team. This salaried role includes an incentive program and a base salary up to $85,000 with weekly pay.

The position is an on-the-road role covering the entire state of Rhode Island. You will establish and grow referral relationships with physicians, referral sources, the community, and other providers, and implement monthly and daily marketing plans to maximize census and coordinate marketing budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and marketing preferred.
• Experience in healthcare (hospice, long-term care, acute care, etc.) required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between referral accounts/the community and the agency to identify and develop new referral sources.
• Develop and maintain a monthly and daily marketing plan based on needs.
• Maximizes census through effective marketing, sales calls, and public relations per goals.
• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans with geographic planning and account targeting.
• Manage marketing/sales budgets and track referrals.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective families and applicants.
