Job summary

Minnesota Management and Budget is seeking a Statewide Fraud Controls Manager to lead statewide coordination of fraud control implementation, internal control governance, and enterprise support. This role directs the Enterprise Support Team and manages tools, dashboards, reporting structures, and collaboration networks to support statewide oversight of the Fraud Control Toolkit.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience leading the development of organization-wide governance structures and information systems.
• Experience leading a project management or information technology environment, including supervisory/leadership roles or leadership programs.
• Experience developing or managing organization-wide dashboards, tracking tools, data-visualization products, or reporting mechanisms.
• Change management, communication, and collaboration to support enterprise priorities and systems.
• Commitment to diversity and fostering an inclusive, collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise tools and systems tracking statewide implementation of the Minnesota Fraud Control Toolkit.
• Oversee development of enterprise dashboards, reports, and visualizations showing statewide trends and progress.
• Lead development of enterprise-wide communications, guidance documents, and templates for agencies.
• Manage the Enterprise Support Team including hiring, assigning work, coaching, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
