Job summary

The State of Minnesota’s Department of Human Services seeks a qualified professional to jointly administer the statewide Fraud Prevention Investigation program alongside a peer consultant. You will oversee training, governance, and coordination across 69 county investigators to ensure statewide performance standards are met.

Travel about 25% is expected. Telework is eligible for Minnesota residents or neighboring states with approval.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience with training and monitoring Investigator’s activities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of investigative processes involving criminal and/or administrative public benefit fraud cases.
• Recommend changes to procedures or practices.
• File reports in appropriate formats.

Responsibilities

• Oversee statewide Fraud Prevention Investigators and governance across county programs.
• Coordinate training and operational coaching for 69 county investigators.
• Serve as liaison for county administrators and frontline staff to meet performance standards.
