Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, telecommunications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in telecommunications field operations, including multi-market leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end order-to-activation process and closeout.
• Lead statewide installation and repair teams across multiple technologies.
• Set standards for drop cycles, quality acceptance, and site restoration.
• Maintain contractor governance, SLAs, and budget oversight.
• Lead safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
