Hilliary Communications is seeking an in-house Customer Service Representative to join our Lawton, OK location. You’ll be the friendly face of the brand, handling inquiries, guiding customers through transactions, and ensuring smooth experiences.

Responsibilities include processing payments, scheduling installs across Oklahoma and Texas, and collaborating with team members to resolve issues promptly. A high school diploma and 1+ year of customer service experience are required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Represent the Brand: be the face and voice of Hilliary, professionals and friendly.
• Assist Customers: provide exceptional support and ensure positive interactions.
• Handle Payments: process cash and credit transactions, balance drawers, manage returns.
• Collaborate & Communicate: work with colleagues and update the team on inquiries.
• Scheduling Installs: book appointments across Oklahoma and Texas.
• Follow Policies: adhere to security and cash handling procedures.
