Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience planning multi-trade building facility construction projects, or in policy development or planning of multi-trade municipal land use projects (or relevant degree substitution)
• Professional project management principles and methodologies
• Experience managing multiple facility-related projects of moderate complexity from initiation through completion
• Project budget monitoring, fiscal management, and contract administration
• Coordination of project activities with multiple stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and government agencies
