• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; experience with databases.
• Knowledge of Federal, State and local facility/building codes, health and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret facility and grounds plans, specifications, manuals and blueprints.
• Ability to perform standard arithmetic computations for project details.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance, repair, and alteration of facilities.
• Oversee work by contractors to ensure contract specs.
• Develop SOPs for locations/facilities and provide technical direction to staff.
• Manage budgets, purchasing, and travel/expense records.
• Maintain a work order program and review energy consumption.
