Job summary

Qualifications

• Nine years of full-time field work experience in building maintenance, construction, or related installations.
• At least 18 months in a supervisory, managerial, or consultative capacity.
• Education toward a Baccalaureate degree in engineering or architecture may substitute for up to 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise repair and maintenance operations, including contracted vendors.
• Direct and coordinate skilled trade staff within the regional office.
• Review work requests and determine in-house vs. contracted actions.
