Job summary

Division of Administration/Office of Technology Services seeks an IT Statewide Systems Technician to provide frontline end-user support and maintain devices across the region. You will manage service requests, troubleshoot hardware and software, and document resolutions for the knowledge base.

The role requires willingness to travel within Louisiana, lift devices up to 50 pounds, and collaborate with multiple teams on complex deployments and projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support and service desk operations.
• Must be able to travel within the state.
• Experience with end-user devices and network hardware.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for end-user support and manage service requests.
• Log work hours in the ticketing system and document solutions for knowledge base needs.
• Lead large-scale hardware and software deployment projects.
• Travel to support OTS customer offices within the region and around the state.
