Job summary

Qualifications

• Texas Reading Academies Cohort Leader screener required to complete the responsibilities of this role.
• Proof of passing the Reading Academies Cohort Leader Screener will be required prior to starting employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage success of Reading Academies implementation for assigned cohorts.
• Lead implementation of state literacy priorities, including reading growth assessment for PreK-3.
• Develop, manage, and lead literacy pilots across the state and gather implementation data.
• Serve as a model of instructional coaching power moves and coach regional Early Literacy leads and school leaders.
• Conduct data analysis to guide regions around intentional data driven instruction and curricular decisions.
