Responsibilities

• Provide on-site instructional coaching and modeling for Pre‑K through 2nd-grade teachers.
• Support early literacy programs and structured phonics instruction.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop lesson plans reflecting best practices in early grades.
• Facilitate professional learning communities and workshops to build instructional capacity in early grades.
• Analyze student performance data to inform instruction and intervention planning.
• Assist in administration of early childhood screeners and literacy assessments.
• Coordinate family literacy events and engagement activities for early learning.
• Lead initiatives to support transitions from early childhood to kindergarten and early elementary.
