Responsibilities:

• Take and record vital signs
• Measure and document height, weight, intake, and output
• Maintain the guest environment
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Support with eating and hydration
• Monitor skin condition and report changes to the licensed nurse; provide skin care as needed
• Address guests’ mental health and social service needs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid STNA license
