• Pay Grade: $16-$20 hourly

Grande Pavilion is a long-term skilled nursing facility located in Oakwood, Ohio, near Cleveland. We are seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant to join our day shift team.

Job Duties

• Assist in admission, discharge, or transfer of residents.
• Take and record weights and vital signs as assigned.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (personal hygiene, bathing, oral care, foot & nail care, skin care, dressing, range of motion, toileting, transfers, appointments, etc.).
• Pass meal trays, assist with meals, feed if required, and provide ice water as assigned.
• Escort residents to meals, activities, and appointments as necessary.
• Respond to call bells promptly and conduct safety rounds as required.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of resident rooms and service areas.
• Distribute and change linens as needed.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to licensed staff.
• Complete documentation in the Electronic Health Record and related documentation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Certificate as a State Tested Nursing Assistant in Ohio.
• Experience in long-term care is desirable but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
