1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift Available for STNA

Earn up to $28.00 per hour for Full Time STNA and up to $34 per hour for weekend warrior STNA.

Responsibilities: The primary purpose of the STNA position is to provide residents high-quality service and care.

SPECIAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

1. Performs & completes resident care as outlined on the care needs sheets and assignment sheets (e.g., lifting residents, turning residents on time, toileting, feeding assistance, thorough peri care, ensuring alarms & devices are in place, following infection control guidelines, completing rounds, weights, baths, maintaining neatness in resident rooms)
2. Performs restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed
3. Answers resident call lights promptly; checks residents unable to call for help frequently; monitors residents to ensure personal care needs are met per their wishes
4. Communicates any changes in condition or behavior to the nurse
5. Works well in a team; assists co-workers with tasks such as toileting, feeding, activities; willing to work on any unit
6. Completes documentation each shift (computer-based charting, restorative, BM boards, food boards, shower sheets)
7. Assists residents with activities and social programs; transports residents to appointments and activities
8. Attends monthly STNA meetings and mandatory trainings
9. Maintains certification by completing at least 12 hours of continuing education annually
10. Wears name badge at all times; maintains a clean uniform; proper nail length; no facial piercings
11. Dependable with consistent attendance; follows instructions; responds to management; seeks feedback for improvement

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
