Covenant Village Care Center is seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents. The role includes bathing, dressing, grooming, and assisting with daily living activities, while monitoring health status and communicating changes to the nursing team.

Responsibilities also include supervising junior staff, participating in in-service training, and maintaining a clean, safe environment per facility protocols.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a State Tested Nursing Assistant in this state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must be a supportive team member and able to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as toileting, incontinence care, and mobility.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
• Supervise and educate STNAs and other facility personnel on policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff development activities and orientation programs.
