Qualifications

• Must hold current, active State Tested Nursing Assistant license in the state where work is performed.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to work as part of a team and supervise others when needed.
• Capacity to make independent decisions when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Supervise and educate STNAs and facility staff on policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff development, training, and orientation programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to safety and sanitation protocols.
• Ensure proper maintenance and use of equipment and supplies.
