Rosemount Care Center in Portsmouth, Ohio is seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate direct care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily living activities. You will monitor resident conditions, report changes to the nursing team, and support staff through training and adherence to care plans.

This role requires a current STNA license, strong teamwork, and the ability to communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Current, active State Tested Nursing Assistant license in this state.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong teamwork and ability to follow established policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
• Supervise and educate STNAs and facility staff on policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff development and orientation programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following safety protocols.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
