Qualifications

• Must have a current State Tested Nursing Assistant license
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Demonstrates teamwork and the ability to work with a diverse care team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff
• Supervise STNAs and educate facility staff on policies
• Participate in training and orientation programs
• Maintain clean and safe environment per safety protocols
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies
• Review care plans and communicate changes to nurses
