Greenbriar Care Community is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily living activities, while supporting the nursing team.

You will monitor residents, participate in training, maintain safety, and help educate other staff, with emphasis on respect, safety protocols, and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered State Tested Nursing Assistant license.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide person-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes.
• Supervise and educate STNAs and other staff on policies.
• Participate in staff development and orientation.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following safety protocols.
