Apploi is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant to deliver direct care to residents, including bathing, grooming, and daily living activities. You will work with the nursing team to monitor conditions, document care, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in a respectful environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and adherence to care plans, with opportunities for professional growth within a supportive facility. English fluency and an active STNA license are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active State Tested Nursing Assistant license in the state.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
• Willingness to follow established policies and procedures and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility while ensuring comfort and safety.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the nursing team promptly.
• Supervise and educate STNAs and facility staff on policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff development, in-service training, and orientation programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and proper use of equipment and supplies.
• Review care plans daily and communicate changes to supervisors.
