Responsibilities

• Help patients with daily living activities such as bathroom use, transfers, and mobility.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and report hazards to supervisors.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and services provided.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, personal care, and mobility assistance under the supervision of licensed nurse staff
• Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming patients, as needed
• Help patients with daily living activities, such as using the bathroom, getting in and out of bed, and walking
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients by following infection control protocols and reporting any hazards or concerns to supervisors
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services provided
