The Pavilion at Stow is hiring a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to support residents with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and assist with mobility and feeding. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure comfort and safety in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio STNA certification.
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Monitor and record vital signs; report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers.
• Assist with feeding and ensure comfort during meals.
• Help with toileting and incontinence care.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment; follow care plans.
• Collaborate with nursing and healthcare team to deliver quality care.

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents
• Assist with feeding and ensure residents' comfort during mealtime
• Help residents with toileting and incontinence care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents
• Work collaboratively with the nursing and healthcare team to provide excellent care

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Qualifications:

• Active STNA certification in Ohio
• Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
