Aventura at Assumption Village in North Lima, OH is seeking compassionate State Tested Nurse Aides (STNAs) to provide patient-centered care in a per diem role. Responsibilities include monitoring residents, aiding mobility, meal service, and collaboration with nursing staff.

Per diem shifts offer pay of $17-$19.50 per hour with afternoon and midnight differentials, plus benefits such as 401k, health/vision/dental, PTO, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Active State Tested Nurse Aides (STNAs) certificate or in the process of scheduling/taking the state STNA exam
• Graduated from a CNA training program
• A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
• Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.

As an STNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, assisting residents with activities of daily living, and supporting the healthcare team to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Available Shifts: Per Diem
