Job summary

Aventura at Humility House Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living facilities in Austintown, OH is seeking compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team. As an STNA you will assist residents with activities of daily living and support the healthcare team.

We offer full-time, part-time and PRN shifts with competitive pay ($16.50–$19 per hour), shift differentials, 401K, daily pay option, health insurance, PTO, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Active STNA certificate or in the process of scheduling/taking the STNA exam.
• Graduated from a CNA training program

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs and well-being.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning of residents.
• Assist with meal service and ensure nutritional needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate with nursing staff about changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, families, and the team

Requirements for State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs)
