Aventura at Assumption Village in North Lima, OH is hiring PRN State Tested Nursing Aides (STNAs) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care, assisting residents with daily living activities, and supporting the healthcare team.

Shifts include nights 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance for FT, 401k with employer match, PTO, daily pay, uniform vouchers, and opportunities for career growth. Walk-in interviews welcome 10 am–4 pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Active State Tested Nurse Aides (STNAs) certificate or in process of scheduling/taking exam.
• Graduated from a CNA training program.
• Passion for high-quality, person-centered care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
• Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate with nursing staff about changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by providers.
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents and families.
