Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a State Product Manager for Personal Lines to lead multi-state strategies from Colorado to Rhode Island. You will own state performance, analyze financials, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to deliver pricing and product solutions.

Ideal candidates have underwriting and cross‑functional data analysis experience, with a strong knowledge of personal lines, market regulations, and national trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance, actuarial science, mathematics, risk management, economics, finance, accounting, or business.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage strategic plans for assigned states.
• Own strategy and performance for assigned state(s).
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Claims, Actuarial, Underwriting, Technology, and Legal to align stakeholders.
