Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking an Associate State Manager – Personal Lines to support development and execution of state-specific business strategies. You will help drive P&L performance, contribute analytical insights, and coordinate pricing, underwriting and product positioning initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in insurance, actuarial science, mathematics, risk management, economics, finance, accounting or business administration preferred.
- Six years of underwriting or product experience preferred; cross-functional experience valued.

- Assist in executing state strategies by supporting financial planning, rate reviews and market development.
- Prepare reports on product performance, pricing, underwriting trends and market dynamics.
- Develop planning documents for monthly and quarterly state performance meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
- Coordinate project timelines to support speed-to-market for updates and enhancements.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to State Manager and stakeholders.
