Nationwide in the United States is seeking an Associate State Product Manager to help drive Personal Lines strategy and profitability. You will assist with financial planning, rate reviews, market development, and communications across state markets.

Under supervision of a State Manager, you will analyze product performance, pricing trends, and regulatory considerations, translating data into actionable insights and supporting speed-to-market for updates and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance or related field preferred.
• Six years of underwriting or product experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pricing architecture and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support State Manager in executing state strategies with financial planning and market development.
• Prepare reports on product performance, pricing, and underwriting trends.
• Develop planning materials for monthly and quarterly state reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely execution.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and adjust for audiences.
