Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of applicable professional experience.
• Experience supervising staff and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Foster an environment that values diversity, transparency, and collaboration.
• Manage and supervise staff leading state legislative and regulatory efforts.
• Oversee life cycle of state engagements and report successes to leadership and funders.
• Monitor trends in national and state policy landscapes.
• Coach staff in state advocacy, policy analysis, and opioid use disorder treatment.
• Support operations including budgets, contracts, and sub-grants.
