Job summary

Revolution Field Strategies is seeking a State Operations Director to oversee canvassing, voter registration, and relational organizing programs nationwide. You will work with project leadership and the National Operations team to manage administrative, operational, HR, and supply needs.

The role is in-person across assigned project locations with potential travel; 40+ hours weekly, up to 70+ during peak times. Benefits include full health, dental, and vision coverage for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management, operations or administrative experience.
• Ability to oversee growing and complex operational needs.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills for multiple projects.
• Highly detail-oriented with capacity to handle several processes simultaneously.
• Willingness to work a demanding schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must have cell phone, laptop, and transportation access.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and long‑term project operations across regions or states.
• Manage a team of regional operations associates and coordinate staffing.
• Collaborate with Project Director and National Operations to standardize processes.
• Handle project payroll records via Paycom platform.
• Ensure efficient allocation of supplies and resources; perform other duties.
