Job summary

Revolution Field Strategies is seeking a State Operations Director to oversee canvassing, voter registration and relational organizing projects nationwide. The role reports to the Project Director and requires managing operations, HR, payroll, and supplies while coordinating with the National Operations team.

This full-time, in-person position typically entails 40+ hours per week, with peaks up to 70 hours.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management operations or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and long-term project operations across a region or state.
• Manage a team of regional in-office Operations Associates.
• Work with Project Director and National Operations to implement HR and operations processes.
• Manage payroll records for all employees through Paycom.
• Ensure efficient allocation of supplies and resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
