Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an Audit Manager with a strong State and Local Government specialization. The role offers a fast track to Director/Partner with a focus on work-life balance in a hybrid setting and relocation assistance.

The Manager serves as a liaison between partners, clients, and staff, overseeing multiple audits and staff development. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, and engagement leadership, while ensuring compliance with GAAP, GASB, GAAS, and Uniform

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• At least five years of public accounting experience—specifically in public sector.
• Holds a current and valid CPA license.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GASB, GAAS, and the Uniform Guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all phases of audits or reviews across multiple engagements.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate developments to leadership.
• Lead, train, and supervise staff and senior accountants.
• Develop and manage engagement budgets; pursue scope opportunities.
