Relocation assistance is available to support the candidate. The Manager will act as a liaison among Partners, clients, and staff, overseeing multiple audits, training staff, and developing new business to expand the firm’s client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• At least five years of experience in public accounting, specifically in the public sector (state/local).
• CPA license currently held and valid.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of audit or review engagements across multiple client engagements.
• Maintain client relationships and understand client operations and control systems.
• Lead and train staff; assist in staff performance evaluations and mentoring.
• Coordinate engagement budgets and scope with Directors/Partners and identify opportunities for scope expansion.
