Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with five years of compliance experience.
• Preferred: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Regulatory Affairs, Public Health, or related field.
• Experience with state boards, regulatory agencies, or healthcare compliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, track, and renew licenses, permits, and registrations.
• Maintain licensing records, databases, and documentation.
• Monitor license expirations and ensure timely renewals.
• Coordinate with state boards, regulatory agencies, and licensing vendors.
• Research licensing requirements for new jurisdictions and services.
• Assist in licensing audits and investigations.
