LighthouseAI, a Pharma Solutions Company, is seeking a Pharmaceutical Licensing Application Specialist for the Guaynabo, Puerto Rico site. The role supports the State Licensing department, drafts online and hard copy applications, reviews for accuracy, and maintains records to ensure timely and compliant submissions.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in regulatory affairs or licensing, proficiency with licensing portals, strong English communication, and solid Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in regulatory affairs, licensing, or a related administrative field.
• Demonstrated experience with regulatory data entry, application processing, or compliance documentation.
• Familiarity with state or federal regulatory bodies (Boards of Pharmacy, DEA, FDA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft online and hard copy state pharmaceutical applications.
• Review signed applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Address deficiencies highlighted by the Board on behalf of customer.
• Update internal database to reflect application progression.
• Maintain document repository of customer supporting documents, applications and deficiency correspondence.
• Administrative work (basic Microsoft Word skills required).
• Perform customer service and support the State Licensing department on day-to-day duties.
