OHFA is seeking an Information Technology College Intern to join our IT division in Columbus. This temporary, part-time internship offers practical experience in a public-sector environment and hands-on support for infrastructure, tickets, and routine maintenance.

You must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an IT or cybersecurity degree. The role includes documenting issues, updating knowledgebase materials, assisting with system testing, and contributing to project

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Eligible for IT internship in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Support infrastructure needs of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA).
• Assist with documenting and resolving basic technology support tickets.
• Support equipment setup, inventory tracking, and software/hardware troubleshooting.
• Update knowledgebase materials and assist with recurring system issues.
• Participate in system testing and routine IT maintenance tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
