Welltower invites a bold, independent thinker to join our IT Infrastructure and Help Desk teams as an IT Intern for ten weeks, in Toledo, Ohio. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to computers, automation, data, and reporting initiatives while working directly with senior IT professionals.

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field, you’ll provide first-response support, help install hardware, assist with reporting, and contribute to our automation strategy.

Competenze

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• Prior internship experience in IT, Helpdesk, or related field preferred.
• Strong self-learning and proactive problem-solving approach.

Mansioni

• Provide first-response technical assistance to Welltower employees.
• Diagnose, research, and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to IT teams.
• Use Help Desk software to track, manage, and resolve tickets.
• Assist with installation and configuration of computers, monitors, printers, phones, and peripherals.
• Support IT staff in process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to automation strategy by helping build innovative solutions.
• Assist in developing reporting and analytics for data sources.
