• Own a revenue target tied to state-funded programs in Utah.
• Identify emerging state funding pathways and convert them into qualified opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with legislators, agency leaders, regulatory staff, and industry groups.
• Drive Rainmaker’s engagement in Utah legislative sessions and budget cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Grow Rainmaker’s business with state government customers in Utah from opportunities through award.
• Coordinate public/private partnerships to expand Rainmaker’s reach.
• Work with leadership, legal, and communications to scope programs and develop proposals.
• Organize events and demonstrations for lawmakers and prospective customers.
• Track legislative and budget developments to keep the pipeline ahead.
