State Farm in Queens, NY, is seeking a sales-focused professional for a fast-paced retail branch. You will address client account concerns, build relationships to retain business, and discuss coverages to grow existing accounts.

Qualifications And Skills

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of sales/customer retention/relationship management experience handling new and existing accounts in a fast paced sales environment. Prior insurance experience a plus. Must currently have a Property & Casualty license or be in the process of obtaining the license. Must speak Spanish. Will train industry knowledge.

• MUST possess excellent communication, writing, speaking, and listening skills
• MUST possess excellent computer knowledge & usage of various Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
• MUST pass background check
• Be willing to obtain or already possess the NY Property & Casualty license
